I promised these earlier this week so here we go:
Picture is not that great but it was using my iphone. They’re pretty simple to make and are quite tasty….I used little mini-muffin liners to make the shape and then threw those away when I was done, and it worked perfectly.
This amount made 12 pieces using the mini-muffin liners:
-1/2 c. peanut butter
-1/4 c. butter
-1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
-1/2 c. brown sugar
-1/4 c. peanuts
-2 t. vanilla, divided
-3 T maple syrup, divided
-1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
Mix peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanuts, 1 t. vanilla, and 2 T maple syrup in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until pb and butter are melted and everything is combined. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes then spoon up 1-2 TB per muffin liner. Place in fridge till cool/slightly hardened.
Melt chocolate chips with remaining maple syrup(1T) and vanilla(1t). Pour over each cup and refrigerate until hardened….YUM!!
I want to attempt to make these raw, ie, no cooking at all so stay tuned for that!
